MARSHALL COUNTY SOFTBALL UMPIRES ASSOCIATION - (MCSUA)

MCSUA offers softball officiating opportunities as independent contractors for AHSAA schools. Our area of coverage includes schools in Marshall, DeKalb, Etowah, Blount, Cullman and Jackson counties. Varsity, Junior Varsity and Middle School levels are covered by our group. In addition to high school softball, MCSUA provides coverage for recreational level games in Marshall County. Beginning in January each year, weekly meetings are held each Wednesday night at 5:00 at Guntersville Recreation Center in Guntersville, Al. After the first meeting of the year, a 4:00 training session is offered to new officials with three years or less experience. District Camp and on-field training session held before the season starts. We welcome all skill levels.
